We started as volunteers running a small club. We couldn't find simple, affordable tools — so we built them.
Where we started
It started with a shoebox full of index cards and a spreadsheet nobody could find.
We're a small team of software engineers who've spent years volunteering on the boards of our local clubs. We've handled the membership renewals, chased down missing contact details, and dug through email threads looking for the latest version of the bylaws. We know what it feels like to spend your evenings wrestling with admin instead of enjoying the community you signed up for.
The tools out there never fit. Some were little more than shared folders and prayer. Others were bloated platforms designed for organizations ten times our size, with price tags to match. Nothing was built for the volunteer who just needs to know who's paid up and where the documents live.
So we stopped looking and started building.
What we built
